At The Tourist Bag, many of our items are produced made-to-order to reduce waste and keep each piece intentional.

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50

  • Flat rate shipping: $4.99 on orders under $50

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • All orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days (depending on location)

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Returns & Order Issues

Because many of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Style or preference reasons

However, your experience matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your request, we will offer either a replacement or a refund if approved.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).
