Due to the personalized nature of custom and made-to-order pieces, all custom sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Ready-to-Ship Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Orders
If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item received.
